Does God Exist?

I don’t believe in God, and don’t believe we were created by some supreme being. We are just a consequence of subatomic particles doing what they do and ending up, with the help of Natural Selection, with us. For this to happen, every natural force in the universe has to be set just right. The Strong Magnetic Force has to be at a precise strength. So too does Gravity, and the Weak force; among many other natural forces. For any of these forces to be slightly stronger or weaker, the universe would be quite different, and probably incompatible for stars to develop, let alone the existence of life. It would be like throwing a hundred dice and each coming up six. How many times would you have to throw the dice for that to happen? Some would say this proves the existence of God. Someone, or something, must have created the universe with just the precise settings for life to develop. But that leaves an explanation for what God is to be found, an explanation too remote from believability to satisfy any but the manically credulous. Another explanation for this precision is Multi-universes. If there is an infinite number of universes then at least one must be perfect for life to happen. We just happen to exist in the one in billions, because we are here, in this one. In fact if there are infinite universes, the vast majority not being compatible with creating life, then there must also be an infinite number of perfect universes (infinite is a very strange concept (0.0001% of infinity being infinity)).

Or maybe there is a Supreme Intelligence that has always existed, but our level of intelligence is too un-evolved yet to comprehend, or even conceive, it.

I find it too hard to believe that anything could have existed for ever, let alone an intelligence; it would surely go insane. So, for now, I will stick to my theory of multi-universes.
